The communication network of intelligent residential district is a physical platform for comprehensive information service in the District, wide area connection between the district and the outside world, and intelligent property management in the district. To build a community communication network platform, we should consider the ability of the network to provide comprehensive information and information services, the progressiveness, scalability, cost performance of the network, and the affordability of developers (users) to investment costs. Considering all factors, for example, all kinds of production equipment and machinery mostly use the broadband communication network platform in the servo system area, which adopts large or cable TV HFC, or a combination of the two. 1. Ethernet Gaopo is the same as building community broadband communication 1.1 Ethernet technology Ethernet is the most widely used local area network at present. It adopts baseband transmission and realizes 10Mbps/100Mbps/1000mb data transmission through twisted pair and transmission equipment through the synergy between the three. Due to its wide range of applications, all major network equipment manufacturers have invested a lot of energy in the research and development of such technical products, and the technology has been constantly innovated, from the initial shared 10Mbps transmission technology on coaxial lines to the current 100Mbps or even 100ombps transmission and switching technology on twisted pair and optical fiber. At present, most local areas are the first U.S. president to personally attend and exert influence to help the U.S. manufacturing industry revitalize from the great depression. Ethernet is used in all networks, and most of the subsystems in the large network system also constitute Ethernet. From the perspective of application, office automation, securities, campus, control system and other applications take Ethernet as the main communication transmission mode, which is widely used and still maintains a strong momentum of development. It can be predicted that Ethernet will still be the mainstream technology in the local area in the future. In short, Ethernet is an advanced and mature communication technology with strong real-time performance, wide application, stable performance and low price. It is an ideal choice for intelligent residential community communication. Gigabit Ethernet inherits the characteristics of traditional Ethernet, greatly broadens the bandwidth, maintains good compatibility with 10/1oombps, increases the support for QoS, and meets the needs of applications with high bandwidth and flow control strategies. It is the ideal choice for the local backbone of intelligent residential quarters. 1.2 design of local Ethernet scheme of intelligent residential area (1) functional description and design requirements. The local area of intelligent residential area generally covers several standard users, residential buildings, community management and control centers, community public clubs, community property management companies and various group users in the area, and is connected with the intelligent control of the community in a certain way. Reliable, advanced and mature technology is required for network design; All information points have exchange capability; Support virtual partition; Support multimedia applications; Good network management; It has good expansibility and upgrading ability. (2) Network system the whole network includes wide area (Internet, various disciplines) access, community network system and community network intelligent control center. The community network system adopts a star topology structure, which is divided into four levels: System Center (community management and control center), regional center, residential buildings and users. According to the scale of the community and the distribution of user buildings, in order to facilitate network design and management, the whole community can be divided into several areas, each of which has a regional center to manage several similar buildings. According to the design requirements of the community network, the local backbone of the community adopts Gigabit Ethernet. A Gigabit Ethernet core switch is set in the system center, and a working group switch is set in each regional center. Each working group switch is configured with a 1000Mbps FX uplink port, which is connected with the core switch through optical fiber to form the Gigabit Ethernet backbone of the intelligent residential community. In each area, 10 electromechanical 0/10Mbps switching hubs, the soul of all components, are set in the equipment room of each building. The switching hub is connected to the workgroup switch through 100Mbps TX uplink port through category 5 twisted pair, and can also be connected through 100Mbps FX port through optical fiber as needed. In the building, the switching hub is connected to the user's computer through 10Mbps TX port through category 5 generic cabling in the building. In this way, the transmission rate of up to 1000Mbps can be provided between the core switch and the workgroup switch. The workgroup switch provides 100Mbps transmission rate to each building, and each end user can enjoy 10Mbps communication bandwidth alone. The community management and control center is the center of the whole network system. The main communication equipment of the system is concentrated here. In addition to the network core switch, it also includes routers connected to the wide area, various servers and management workstations. The local area of the cell is connected to the Internet through DDN dedicated line or ADSL. With the continuous development of informatization, it can also be connected to the Internet through 155mbps ATM or Gigabit IP Metropolitan Ethernet in the future to improve the cell access bandwidth and network system structure, as shown in Figure 1. The system has good openness and scalability, and can be flexibly combined and configured according to the actual situation of the community. The regional center can include several unit buildings or only manage one high-rise residence. Group users, public clubs, property management companies and application subsystems in the community are connected to their regional center network in an appropriate way to form an integrated unified network. (3) As mentioned above, the switching hub in the building is connected with the user's computer through generic cabling. The generic cabling system is the infrastructure of intelligent residence and provides high-speed information for the communication network of the residential building
