Application and development of aseptic filling and packaging technology Abstract: This paper introduces some technical characteristics of aseptic packaging, including the process of aseptic filling and packaging, packaging materials, horizontal and vertical sealing in mechanical structure, the formation of sterile environment, and the development trend of sterile packaging technology

Traditionally, the solution to these problems has been to use the hot filling process to carry out products and packaging with heat But the heat-resistant bottle is expensive, and the high temperature also makes the product lose its flavor and color

1. Packaging materials of sterile paper packaging system

This packaging material can effectively block the liquid penetration, and can well seal the inner and outer surfaces. 2. Characteristics of aseptic packaging system

the paper roll forming packaging system is the most widely used packaging system at present. The packaging materials are continuously supplied to the packaging machine by the paper roll and filled, sealed and cut through a series of forming processes

2.1 the longitudinal and transverse sealing structure of the sterile packaging system

the packaging material rises to the back of the packaging machine after entering the packaging machine from the paper roll 1. The longitudinal sealing strip is adhered to one side 2 of the packaging machine by heat sealing. cross sealing is completed in two steps, namely, bonding and cutting. Effective bonding requires two major factors, temperature and pressure. The temperature during sealing is generated by inductive heating, which clamps the cylindrical paper cylinder through the clamping claw. So the paper tube becomes a rectangle. The product is extruded through the pressure of the clamping jaw in the sealing area. The U-shaped metal ring in the clamping jaw is connected with high-frequency current. The high-frequency current forms a reverse inductive current on the aluminum foil layer of the packaging paper, so that the aluminum foil is heated and the heat is transferred to the inner polyethylene to melt it. Under the action of jaw pressure, the polyethylene cools rapidly at the same time, solidifying the melted polyethylene and completing the sealing. After sealing, the cutter in the clamping jaw cuts the package 9 in the sealing area
